Most of the photos were taken in 2009 and we had intended to make them available online. We finally got round to complete this work in October 2023.
Many of our transcriptions rely on work done by the Manpower Services Commission in 1985, and we have used their grave numberings.
Since the MSC work in 1985 a number of stones have deteriorated and become illegible. Hence there is the possibility of transcriptions being available but the relevant stones cannot be identified so no photo is given.
We intend to re-visit the graveyard to provide photos where we do not have one. In these cases the transcription is wholly dependant on work done by the MSC. Sometimes we could recognise a stone by its position on the map, other times a grave may have been moved and it is now illegible, so we could not allocate a number to it.
